KATIE JOHNSON ROLLINS
Hi there, I’m Katie, owner/operator of Galley Provisions. I’m here to make your life easier when it comes to hosting gatherings of all kinds.
Born in a boatyard, Galley Provisions is the answer to some big priorital questions I asked myself when I became a mother. I’m extremely lucky to have two young children who keep my husband and I on our toes and remind us of what’s important. Having the freedom to spend lots of time with them was imperative in my decision to start another business.
I’ve held a myriad of jobs, managed and owned my own business and served countless people over the past 25 years of working. Each role and interaction has enabled me to hone communication skills, professionalism and the standard of quality I bring to the Galley.
My passion for delivering high quality food and experiences runs deep. With roots in food service and hospitality, my team and I are excited to be able to use our combined creativity and kitchen skills to deliver a fresh, vibrant and delicious experience for the people that live in and visit our community.

LAUREN JOHNSON
Upon graduating with a culinary degree from Johnson + Wales University, Lauren set off on her career cooking in restaurants all over New England eventually opening her own cafe in Rye, NH. From pizza to fine dining, her talents in the kitchen are widespread and her input has been integral in the growth of Galley Provisions. At home Lauren's daughter, Lucy, keeps her on her toes and her best days are spent with Katie's kids or surfing in Costa Rica.
